OVS students Medal at the Mt. Sac Relays


Congratulations to Harrison, Min, Grace and Priya for earning medals. Harrison placed 3rd in the long jump, Min placed 3rd in the 100m fun, Priya placed 1st in her heat for the long jump and 100m run. Congratulations to all the student-athletes for representing OVS.

OVS Particpates in the LA84 Foundation/Mt. Sac Relays Youth Days 2010


For only the second year, on April 2, 2010, nine OVS lower school student/athletes participated in the premier track and field event for middle school students in the U.S. The event limits the registration to 6,000 middle-schoolers and has served over 300,000 young people in the last 25 years. A motto for the event is "Fun and Friendship Through Sport," At this amazing event, youth have the opportunity to gain an appreciation not only for track & field, and a competitive environment, but for the fitness, spirit, and sportsmanship of fellow athletes from all over Southern California.

3rd Grade Golf Trip


Ojai Valley School would like to thank Soule Park for letting the 3rd grade class use their driving range for P.E. class. The 3rd graders ended their golf unit with some fun in the sun hitting golf shots at the driving range. Thank you Soule Park!!!!!!

Boys Volleybal Wraps up season with game vs. Faculty


The Spuds wrapped up their season with a friendly match against the faculty. With the entire school on had to watch, the boys took the first set with a 25 to 22 score. Due too time constraints the second match was cut short with the Faculty winning 15 to 13. The match ended in a tie. The boys had a great time as did the faculty. Congratulations on a great season!!!!!
